Tirana

Currently I'm in Tirana, Albania and am not sure how much time I'll have on this computer. All has gone well. Barring sunburn at Corinth and the loss of my shorts at Delphi that is. I have been further enraptured by the stern, firm, ever so graceful beauty of the Ancient Greeks.

Geoffrey wants the computer so I must fly. Another day trip in Albania and then onto Montenegro. After that I am not sure..any ideas?

To Elberry: An interesting suggestion though I think I'll pass for now since I've already been there twice. I must be frank that its effect on me was less internally radiant and uplifting than was Athens. This would seem to echo my lifelong greater attraction to Greece over Rome and my abiding lack of ease with Rome's Iron fisted ways. Anyway, the city of the wolf reared twin sure was pretty.

To Simon: Hi, yes here in Macedonia it is hot, though less so when I enter water. No, I never knew you've been to Albania. Its a lovely place, and the flag sure does trump many others. Macedonia's variant on something distinctly Japanese looking piques the interest too however.
